Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including requests for a different style or size.

Before placing your order, please carefully review your selection and refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure the best possible fit. For extra confidence, we also offer a $5 sizing kit that includes all nail sizes in plain tips to help you find your perfect match. When you purchase a sizing kit, you’ll receive $5 off your next order.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item or notice an error on our end, please contact us at serreko82@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Size Correction

All Serre Ko sets are handmade to order. If your set doesn’t fit as expected, you may place a new order with updated measurements and receive 10% off your reorder. Please email us for assistance

If you receive a Serre Ko set as a gift and the sizing isn’t a perfect fit, please contact us within 48 hours. While we’re unable to offer exchanges, we’re happy to review the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide guidance or support at our discretion.
